Explore our curated selection of authenticated pre-loved bags. Each listing includes detailed photos, condition notes, and provenance where available.

Step 2
Send an inquiry
Found something you love? Reach out via Instagram DM or email. Include the piece name and any questions — we'll reply within 24 hours.

Step 3
Reserve your piece
Once we confirm availability, we'll send you payment details. Your bag is held for 48 hours upon confirmation of your interest.

Step 4
Receive your bag
We ship carefully packaged with full tracking. Local meetup in select areas is available upon request.

Payment plan
Layaway terms
& conditions
Available from
₱ 40,000
To provide a seamless and exclusive shopping experience, layaway is available for selected purchases starting at ₱40,000 and above.

Non-refundable down payment
A 30% non-refundable down payment is required to reserve your item. No discount shall be applied. The 30% down payment is computed based on the original price.

Balance settlement
The remaining balance may be settled within 1–2 months through flexible payment arrangements.
- 03
Item release
Reserved items will only be released upon full payment. The bag remains in our custody until the balance is cleared.

Cancellation & forfeiture
Failure to complete payment within the agreed 2-month period will automatically result in cancellation of the layaway agreement. All down payments made shall be forfeited.

Common questions
Yes — every piece in the Fadelan catalog has been personally verified. We provide authentication cards or receipts where available, and detailed condition notes on every listing.
We accept bank transfer, GCash, and Maya. Payment details are shared once we confirm availability. We do not accept cash on delivery for shipped orders.
Yes, we ship to all major areas in the Philippines via LBC or J&T. Shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer. We package every bag carefully with full insurance on high-value items.
All sales are final. We encourage you to ask for additional photos or a video walkthrough before committing. We're happy to answer any questions before purchase.
Local meetups are available in select areas — mention this when you inquire and we'll coordinate. Safe meetup spots in public locations only.
